We always offer a fine texture as standard. Textured powder-coated surfaces are robust against mechanical damage, dirt-repellent, and are among the current trends. The fine texture has a slightly matte finish. We can also offer a glossy finish upon request. Simply add a short note to your shopping cart or send us an email with your order.

In any case, you will receive an order confirmation from us, summarizing the details of your order. You can still make changes to your order immediately after receiving the order confirmation.
The width of the gate system refers to the clear distance between the posts (see technical drawing in the product photos).

Example calculation for a gate system for existing walls

You measured a clear opening of 3870 mm between your walls. This clear opening of 3870 mm is also the order dimension. Your gate system measures 3870 mm – gate leaf including gap and hinges.

Example calculation for a gate system with 100x100 mm gate posts

If you select a gate width of 3870 mm, the total width including two 100x100 mm gate posts is 4070 mm.
Select the desired height of the gate system. Then enter the "exact height". The exact height is the body height of the gate leaf – from the bottom edge of the frame to the top edge of the frame.

Please allow for a ground clearance of approximately 60 mm (standard 40-80 mm). If you select a gate height of H = 1800 mm, your gate system will have a total height of approximately 1860 mm (1800 mm gate height + 60 mm ground clearance).

For posts intended for setting in concrete, you determine the ground clearance by the setting depth of the gate posts. For gate posts intended for surface mounting (with base plates), the standard ground clearance is 60 mm. Upon request, we can adjust the ground clearance after you place your order (please let us know).

After receiving your order, you will receive a drawing that can be adjusted before the order is accepted.
Select the "electric" operating mode if you want your gate to be factory-prepared for an automatic operator. An 80/50 mm frame profile for installing the actuators of an automatic operator is pre-installed in the lower third of the gate leaves.

All electric gate drives offered are compatible with our driveway gates.
The standard opening direction of our courtyard gates is "inwards" (towards the property).

A gate system that opens outwards can be produced upon request.

For manual gates, the handle set is installed in the left or right gate leaf – viewed from the outside.

In any case, we will contact you after your purchase to discuss the opening direction (via email or phone if you prefer). The opening direction will then be confirmed in a separate email.
The price of the garden gate includes a spacing of approximately 30 mm between the slats. After receiving your order, we will send you a customized drawing – individual modifications are possible. Adjusting the profile spacing from 30 to 100 mm is free of charge.

Should you require a custom spacing between the profiles, simply enter a "shopping cart note" as a guide to your order in your "shopping cart summary" (before clicking "checkout"). We will process the note after receiving your order.
