When the delivery person arrives, you can even open the parcel compartment remotely, even while you're on vacation. Thanks to the 180-degree camera, you'll always have a clear view of your surroundings.
Parcel box/mailbox column – a practical option.
The GUARD, SMART pro, and SMART secure pro series offer integrated parcel boxes, which occupy approximately 55% of the mailbox's height. The dimensions of the parcel box in an 1800 mm high SMART SECURE pro mailbox column are therefore approximately 350 x 390 x 990 mm.
With such a large compartment, even larger deliveries are no problem. When a mailbox column is equipped with our IP camera system, an electric parcel box is included as standard. This allows the door to be conveniently opened via a monitor from inside the apartment or via a mobile app.
The camera allows you to watch the delivery person place the package in the compartment. There are also manual parcel boxes that don't have an electric opening mechanism. With these models, the door can be opened manually, and once the package is inside, it can only be unlocked with a key.

Our pre-configured models cover the most common requirements. If you need a particularly large parcel box, SMART secure pro is ideal. For a more spacious mailbox, choose SMART pro. Do you only want a simple video camera without IP functionality? LIGHT offers a standard analog camera. FLEXI is suitable if you want to integrate your own technology.

The integrated camera systems utilize state-of-the-art technology. Infrared image correction allows you to clearly see who is at your door, even in low light or at night. The infrared LED provides a clear view up to 10 meters, even in darkness or on gloomy autumn and winter days.
Free mobile app – access your camera from anywhere.
The smartphone app that comes with the IP camera is free and requires no subscription. Setup is simple and takes place directly on your tablet or smartphone. The app is compatible with Android and iOS devices. After the quick installation, you have access to the camera at any time and can also open gates or the parcel box remotely.
Thanks to the app, you can stay in touch with your visitors even while on vacation or away for extended periods – when the doorbell rings, your phone rings too. If you prefer not to, this feature can be easily deactivated. This way, you can keep track of your front door and relax knowing what's going on.
